Executive Assistant We are partnering with a highly reputable and well-established private equity firm based in Mayfair to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director within their Investor Relations team. This is a newly created role driven by continued growth and strong performance, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing environment where you can truly make an impact. THE ROLE: Extensive 1:1 diary and inbox management for a busy Managing Director Coordinating complex international travel, including roadshows (flights, accommodation, logistics) Preparing investor presentations, packs, and meeting materials Managing high-volume communications and prioritising effectively Scheduling internal and external meetings, including investor calls and events Liaising with internal stakeholders and external investors Processing expenses and handling administrative tasks Maintaining and updating CRM/contact databases Supporting Investor Relations events and related logistics Providing general administrative and project support The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience in an EA role, ideally within financial services, private equity, venture capital, or investment environments. You are highly organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you are confident supporting senior stakeholders and able to anticipate needs while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
