As their global footprint continues to expand, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Account Manager to lead the development and performance of the channel partnerships.
The Role
As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you’ll take charge of nurturing strategic partner relationships, building deep alignment on goals, and delivering joint success. You'll be at the forefront of accelerating revenue growth, enabling partners, and expanding our market presence across geographies.
This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring a mix of commercial acumen, relationship management, and a deep understanding of channel ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
Partner Relationship Management
Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners
Act as the go-to liaison, supporting and guiding partners to maximise their success
Collaborate on joint business opportunities that drive mutual growthEnablement & Growth
Deliver training and resources to ensure partners are equipped to promote and support our solutions
Drive the execution of channel strategies that position our solutions as their flagship offeringSales Leadership
Develop joint sales plans to meet ambitious revenue targets
Expand our footprint through partner networks in new and existing markets
Monitor pipelines, support deal progression, and boost product adoptionMarketing & Visibility
Work with marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and up-to-date sales materials
Equip partners with assets to amplify brand and solution awarenessPerformance Management
Analyse sales data, monitor account health, and identify performance trends
Deliver actionable reports, insights, and strategies to optimise partner outcomes
Resolve channel challenges while maintaining strong, positive relationshipsCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams across product, marketing, finance, and customer success
Channel partner feedback into product and service improvementsMarket Intelligence
Stay on top of trends, competitors, and market shifts to help partners stay ahead
Share insights that drive smarter business decisions and strategy
What I’m Looking For
Experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development (preferably in tech, SaaS, or telematics)
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and scalable growth
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Hands-on experience with sales enablement, pipeline management, and performance analysis
Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo a plus) and digital sales tools
Knowledge of video telematics, IoT, or fleet management is a strong advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and strategic foresight
Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable partner strategies

Fantastic Salary paying up to £70,000** Experience dependent
