Salary: Grade D depending on experience (£25,185 - £25,989 pro-rata)
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, 8:55am – 3:25pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only

Kington St Michael CE Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a class setting. This role may involve supporting small groups of pupils as well as providing 1:1 support.
The successful candidate will:
* Have significant experience working with pupils.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver targeted support through intervention programmes.
* Support the inclusive ethos of the school, ensuring every child has the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
* Support children's self-esteem, inclusion, and behavioural development.
* Maintain high expectations of behaviour and support children to make positive choices.
* Enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
* Be enthusiastic, flexible, and contribute actively to the broader life of the school.
* Be patient and adaptable, capable of managing challenging behaviour.
* Bring energy, imagination, initiative, and a positive outlook to their role.
