We’re hiring on behalf of a facilities partner delivering Total Facilities Management (TFM) services within a major estate. This is a brilliant opportunity to drive high-impact health & safety initiatives in a fast-moving, purpose-led environment.
The Role
As Health & Safety Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things H&S. You’ll shape policy, lead audits and investigations, and work closely with site teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to embed a proactive, collaborative safety culture. From statutory compliance and SFG20 to fostering psychological safety, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the estate runs smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Need
* NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or Level 3 with solid progression toward Level 6) - preferred
* Chartered or working toward Chartered IOSH status
* Strong track record in health & safety leadership within a TFM environment
* Deep understanding of risk management, statutory compliance, and investigation protocol
* Confident communicator with the gravitas to influence at all levels
* Full UK driving licence
