The University of Manchester Library seeks a Personal Assistant to join the Executive Office team. The Personal Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support for the University Library Executive Team and support the administrative processes associated with the running of the University Library.
Working within the Executive Office team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Library to provide administrative support across a number of different areas.
Responsibilities
Provide secretarial and administrative support for the University Library Executive Team. Assist with finance, recruitment and compliance matters. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries. Work at any Library site as required and carry out such other duties as reasonably associated with the role. Maintain flexible working hours as requested.
Requirements
* Relevant experience and evidence of essential knowledge, skills and experience.
* Flexibility to work at any Library site and to perform additional duties.
* Ability to work flexible hours as requested from time to time.
