Job Description Own and execute the content strategy to support brand, SEO, lead generation and customer engagement goals Plan and produce a pipeline of high-quality content: blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, case studies, emails, web copy and social media Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) and external partners (PR, SEO, video) to maximise reach and impact Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines Optimise content for SEO and conversion, supported by keyword research and analytics Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels Track performance, report on KPIs and continuously improve based on data Champion the tone of voice and brand storytelling across all communications
