Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Technician to join our friendly, busy and developing IT team.
Responsibilities
* Providing a high standard of first and second‑line on‑site IT support across the organisation
* Leading on MIS operation, development, and training
* Supporting a high standard of cyber security as part of our commitment to safeguarding
* Liaising across the IT team in terms of task allocation and resolution
Qualifications
* Sector‑ and IT‑qualified, e.g. FE, plus Microsoft/CompTIA Certification
* Knowledgeable and proficient in PC hardware and software configuration, installation, maintenance and use
* Confident and competent in MIS and database management
* Prompt, punctual and friendly, with an openness to learning and new ideas
