Driver Hire Sudbury are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team. Our clients are based across the CO postcode; Sudbury, Halstead. They require drivers to cover busy periods, sickness and holiday. Requirements: Must have your own transport to travel to and from work. Minimum 2 yrs experience Valid Class 1 (CE) or Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card. Fewer than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or similar endorsements). Must have appropriate PPE, including steel toe cap boots (Hi-Vis provided by Driver Hire). Must be able to work with both paper-based and PDA-based delivery systems. Job Details: Start times vary between 04:00 and 07:00 AM. Monday to Friday Day work Part-time shifts currently available, full time shifts available from March Minimum pay 8hrs per day, Pay rate varies £15.00 - £19.00 p/h Key Attributes: Reliable, professional, and punctual. Good knowledge of driver hours and road safety regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
