What You’ll Be Doing
* Shape, lead, and deliver the school’s vision for inclusion and SEND
* Line‑manage and inspire a diverse team of SEN teachers, TAs and external specialists
* Develop bespoke interventions, policies, and training for staff
* Champion the voices of students with EHCPs and complex additional needs
* Forge impactful partnerships with families, borough agencies, and multi‑academy trust colleagues
* Lead whole‑school data analysis on inclusive practice and student progress
