We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy manufacturing company. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, document management, customer and supplier communication, and general office support.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Familiarity with working in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
