We have been around for 15 years and we’ve built a diversified business covering many areas of the UK and International creative sectors and we need to bolster team in a couple of our key and established divisions.
We recruit both in the UK & Internationally, with our team in central Bristol.

What’s the role?
Associate Director - Interior Design Recruitment Specialist - mustard | B Corp
Key requirements
* Bristol based – Our HQ is here, we want people immersed in our business helping us drive things forward.
* Previous sales experience – we are open on sectors but you must have had exposure to the selling.
* Some recruitment experience would be an advantage – This is flexible, if you enjoy the sector but not where you are working, call us.
* Want to make an impact – We aren’t selling you an easy role here, but if you come in and make an impact to our business your standing could become very high very quick.
* The other stuff – Great attitude, good person, positive outlook.

What’s it like at mustard?
Look we recruit in the creative sector, so it is a different vibe to some of the more corporate world BUT it is still a sales role. This is a motivated bunch of recruiters who want to get on and make a decent living out of this job we call recruitment.
