23. Handle luggage tagging, storage, and retrieval with proper claim tickets
24. Be aware of guest arrival details and prepare accordingly
25. Record and act on guest preferences for personalized service
26. Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with rooming
27. Respond to special requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
28. Read guest cues to tailor interactions appropriately
29. Open doors and assist guests entering or leaving the property
30. Provide VIP Eurostar service to Chambers Suite guests
31. Assist with vehicle arrivals/departures and luggage handling
32. Escort guests to rooms and offer a personalized welcome
33. Inform guests about property amenities, services, and hours
34. Continuously expand knowledge of local attractions and culture
35. Offer unique, tailored recommendations using personal insights
36. Communicate suggestions in a way that excites and engages guests
