Were seeking a proactive and experienced SHEQ professional to lead and develop our growing team. You’ll manage and mentor two SHEQ Advisors and a Compliance Manager, helping shape the delivery of our SHEQ strategy while ensuring compliance across all operations.
You’ll be instrumental in embedding a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop SHEQ Advisors and Compliance Officers.
* Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations across multiple projects.
* Drive compliance with HSE legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Support the delivery of the company-wide SHEQ strategy.
* Promote sustainability initiatives, including carbon reduction and waste management.
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulators.
What We’re Looking For
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and strong SHEQ management experience.
* Solid understanding of ISO systems and UK HSE legislation.
* Proven ability to lead teams and influence safety culture.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites.
Experience in renewables, energy, or construction sectors is highly desirable.
