As we continue to grow & expand our roastery, were looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to support our day-to-day operations in one of our three shops and lead our passionate team.
Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
* Support and train team members to maintain high service standards
* Lead shifts and manage opening/closing procedures
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
* Uphold health & safety and food hygiene standards
* Be a role model for excellent customer service
What Were Looking For:
1. Previous experience of at least one year in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in a speciality coffee shop setting)
