Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
* Lead commercial and retail projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
* Degree within architectural technology
* Significant post qualification experience within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working on projects within the commercial and retail sectors
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
