About the Role As a Managing Associate in the Planning & Infrastructure Consenting team, you'll work on complex, high-impact projects across various sectors and regions. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert planning and infrastructure consenting advice across sectors such as: Renewable energy Transport infrastructure Housing developments Commercial real estate Industrial and logistics Public sector projects Managing complex infrastructure consenting matters, including: Development consent orders Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) Local and strategic planning applications Environmental impact assessments Compulsory purchase and land assembly Advising clients on strategic planning and consenting strategies Drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas Contributing to business development efforts Mentoring and developing junior team members Engaging in continuous professional development This role offers the opportunity to work on significant, transformative infrastructure projects with genuine autonomy and support from an experienced team.
