Administrator & Sales Support – Knaresborough
Hourly Rate: £12.21ph - £14ph
Hours: Full-time Temporary, 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator & Sales Support professional to join a well-established organisation in the medical aesthetics industry, supporting clinical sales managers and helping to strengthen customer relationships.
About the Role You will provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team, assisting with account management, campaigns and customer communications. You’ll help drive growth, improve retention and support clinics across the UK that use medically proven skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide sales and administrative support to the clinical sales team
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Assist with marketing materials, online promotions and social media content
4. Keep accurate records of calls and customer activity
5. Support delivery of marketing messages and sales objectives
About You
6. Passion for skincare, aesthetics and customer service
7. Strong organisational and communication skills
8. Confident and professional telephone manner
9. Experience in sales support or account administration
10. Knowledge of science, biology or skincare is desirable
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and ideally Wordpress or Shopify
