Are you a CAD Manager looking for a fresh challenge, a chance to lead a team working on multiple big engineering projects? Or are you ready to take the step up into management and lead a CAD team working on major engineering projects?
Engenda Group are looking for a CAD Manager to head up a small, dedicated team delivering design support across petrochemical, wastewater, power, and energy projects. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Salary: £50,000 + Van

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the CAD team to deliver high-quality outputs.
* Overseeing the effective use of CAD tools and processes (Laser Scan, Point Cloud, Revit, BIM).
* Maintaining and enforcing design standards and best practices.
* Acting as a link between CAD, design, engineering, and project management.
* Ensuring deliverables meet client expectations, project timelines, and internal quality standards.
