Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + commission
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the construction recruitment market.
This role is ideal for a BDM or recruiter who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Identify and win new recruitment clients
* Build long-term client partnerships
* Develop and grow a profitable recruitment desk
* Work closely with delivery teams to fulfil roles
* Generate new revenue streams
