About the Role
My client is seeking a proactive and experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the daily operations of their bureau office. This pivotal role requires a highly organized and driven individual to oversee administrative functions, manage a small, dedicated team, and ensure that clients consistently receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bureau office
Lead, mentor, and support a small team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring top-tier service and communication
Maintain accurate schedules, reports, budgets, and records
Ensure compliance with internal protocols and external regulations
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement efficient processes
Coordinate internal meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and manage office supplies and logistics
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar management or administrative role
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
