Overview
Join Fletchers Group, a leading clinical negligence practice, as a Paralegal. You will manage a supervised caseload, draft documents, conduct legal research, liaise with clients and medical experts, and support senior solicitors on complex, life‑changing cases.

Responsibilities
* Achieve all KPI targets set by the firm.
* Progress cases in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
* Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, third‑party solicitors and insurers as directed.
* Handle pre‑ and post‑issue procedures under supervision, ensuring they are completed cost‑effectively and on time.
* Ensure Proclaim Action List actions are completed promptly.
* Accurate time recording.
* Maintain client files in good order in line with Lexcel and other quality assurance requirements.
* Report to Senior Lawyer as required.
* Assist in collecting and collating medical records.
* Prepare client documents such as witness statements.
* Manage early‑stage clinical negligence cases and support the team with additional tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Desire to work in this area of law and preferably some experience.
* Graduate, preferably with a law‑related degree and/or professional qualification such as LPC, route to BAR or CILEX.
* Ability to take direction and supervision from the team leader.
* Proven legal and forensic skills.
* Good research skills.
