Were looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
What youll do:
Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
Communicate effectively with your team and management.
Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.
What were looking for:
A team player with good communication and organisation skills.
Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
Someone proactive, reliable, and safety-focused.
