Your new role
The Junior Quantity Surveyor will assist in all aspects of cost management, estimating, procurement, and contract administration for joinery packages and fit‑out projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their QS career, whether recently graduated or with 1–2 years’ experience, looking to specialise in the joinery and manufacturing sector.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential
1. A degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
2. Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools.
5. Goodmunication and teamwork skills.
6. Willingness to learn within a fast‑paced, manufacturing‑led environment.
Desirable
7. Experience in construction, joinery, or fit‑out sector (placement or post‑grad).
8. Familiarity with estimating or QS software.
9. Full UK driving licence.
