We’re looking for a General Manager for The Griffin Inn, Fletching – a truly special country pub set in the heart of the beautiful East Sussex countryside. It’s a proper, traditional pub, with characterful interiors, roaring fireplaces and beautifully kept gardens overlooking the Ouse Valley. This is a pub with both destination dining and a warm, community-led feel.

We’re searching for a General Manager with proven experience in premium, fresh‑food environments. You’ll be confident leading a multi‑faceted operation – balancing good food, drink, rooms, and events – while keeping people and hospitality at the very heart of everything you do. You’ll be commercially astute, passionate about standards, and driven to create an exceptional guest experience every single day.
