1. Family Law – Stirling (17001)
• Manage a varied caseload including matrimonial matters, guardianships, and adoptions.
• Require at least 2 years’ PQE, strong communication skills, proactive and empathetic approach.
• Primarily office-based, with potential for flexible arrangements.
2. Family Law – Edinburgh or Glasgow (16998)
• Handle complex cases, especially financial provisions for medium to high net-worth clients.
• Require at least 5 years’ PQE, LSS accreditation preferred.
• Flexible working and career growth opportunities.
3. Family Law – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Inverness / Elgin (16985)
• Advise on divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation, pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Open to NQ level and above, experience in financial and child law.
• Hybrid working across multiple locations.
4. Family Law (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (16912)
• Provide advice on divorce and child contact issues.
• Require at least 2 years’ PQE, strong negotiation skills.

• NQ to 5 years’ PQE, interest in family law.

• Handle cases including divorce, child custody, adoption.
• Open to newly qualified solicitors with family court experience.
• Flexible hours for court duties.
7. Family Law & Civil – Morayshire (16567)
• Manage caseload including financial matters, child custody, divorce, civil litigation.
• 2–5 years’ PQE, litigation and mediation skills.
• Initially office-based, future flexibility possible.
