Key Responsibilities:
* Using your passion and experience in cooking to create a varied, nutritious menu respecting residents' dietary needs
* Leading, training, and mentoring the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences
* Maintaining high standards and innovating in cooking approaches
* Managing mandatory paperwork, including adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, budgets, and orders
* Catering for special events and seasonal activities as required
