We have an exciting opportunity to work within a busy Financial Management department to help in supporting the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership within NHS Highland as an Accounting Support Assistant.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Support Assistant, you'll be vital in maintaining accurate financial records using our ledger system. Your tasks will include processing journals, accruals, and budget amendments in line with our agreed timetables, as well as managing large spreadsheets and reconciliations.
Qualifications and experience
Prior experience within financial management would be beneficial, however not essential as full training will be provided.
If you're a motivated team player with great organisation and communication skills, this role will offer the opportunity to gain a wider understanding and working knowledge of the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership services provided across the organisation.
Location and travel
Office based location: Assynt House, Inverness. This is a hybrid role however flexibility to travel to and work at this location is an expectation of this role.
