A primary specialist provision in South Shields is seeking a full-time Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant.
Supporting pupils aged 5–10 with moderate learning difficulties and autism.

Daily Duties
• Supporting phonics and reading
• Small group maths intervention
• Sensory break supervision
• Lunchtime modelling of social interaction

Structure
Small classes and high staff support.
Staff remain until 4:00pm daily.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
