Description
To assist the Catering Supervisor and Catering Event Supervisor with all on-site corporate events of varying sizes, in accordance with the Duty or Senior Manager’s brief, company policies, and procedures. Support the Catering Event Supervisor in maintaining procedures and site-wide policies, ensuring they are current with industry standards.
You will help ensure awareness of the company’s customer care goals, striving to implement them through your actions and attitude, fostering team spirit, politeness, and anticipating visitor needs. Additionally, you will contribute to business growth by introducing new ideas and concepts.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist Senior Supervisors, Supervisors, and Duty Managers during events of all sizes.
* Accurately document all food safety, health, and safety paperwork.
* Oversee setup and de-rig of events and equipment, ensuring the venue is returned to its original state per company standards.
* Support the setup, delivery, and de-rig of events under management supervision.
* Communicate event details accurately to Supervisors.
* Ensure all event setups meet company standards ahead of scheduled dates.
* Adhere to Food Hygiene, Food Allergen, Safety Regulations, and Licensing laws at all times.
* Deliver excellent customer service during every event.
* Assist clients and attendees with requests, escalating issues when necessary.
* Ensure positive attendee experiences, encouraging return visits.
* Respond proactively to any unexpected changes during events.
* Gather and relay event debrief notes for continuous improvement.
* Ensure food presentation and service meet company standards.
* Operate till systems as required.
* Support documentation of food safety and health & safety compliance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, conference, or event environments (desirable).
* Experience in corporate or venue settings (desirable).
* Knowledge of food handling, COSHH, HACCP (desirable).
* Hands-on approach with ownership and problem-solving skills.
* Team player with initiative and customer care passion.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible working hours, including weekends.
* Innovative mindset and ability to meet targets.
