You will be supporting high profile projects across all a range of sectors at our offices in Winchester. We are an AJ100 architecture practice and a significant part of a multi-disciplinary design practice. Our design portfolio is world class, and we are currently working on several exciting new projects including advanced manufacturing, Science, Healthcare, Education, Defence and Workplace projects which results in a diverse, growing, and exciting practice. We work across the UK and internationally, where we both design and deliver a range of projects in terms of scale and sector. Demonstrate the value of architects to projects and are seen as an integral part of the project team Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines Managing planning applications, Building Regulations Inspection of building work on site Knowledge of UK best practice standards Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges Assist in Business Development The skills and experience you need to have for this role Experience of working on large scale residential master planning project is desirable but not essential. Candidates must ensure the highest design quality throughout all projects and be able to work efficiently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work.
