Base pay range
UK Financial Accountant | London | Legal | to £60,000 plus strong package
Goodman Masson are proud to be exclusively partnering with a global, rapidly growing PE Backed Law Firm on their search for a UK Financial Accountant.
This would be a great move for a Recently Qualified ACA currently in Audit wanting to move into industry, or a strong hands-on Financial Accountant who is ACCA trained.
You will sit within the reporting function and drive regular reporting requirements. This is a forward-facing role requiring production of high-quality financial information including statutory accounts (under FRS), management reporting and FP&A, which is heavily relied upon for evaluating performance and making business decisions.
Duties include:
* Assist with the global multi-currency group consolidation, navigating through a diverse array of companies spanning various jurisdictions and currencies.
* Lead on FP&A processes and commercial work.
* Contribute to the creation of compelling financial narratives by assisting in the preparation of key published financial information, including the Group’s prestigious year-end and interim results and accounts.
* Provide guidance on technical accounting issues as they arise around the business including Revenue recognition, Business acquisitions including purchase price accounting, Annual intangible asset impairment analysis and other valuations.
Previous Experience
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience working with Senior Management.
* Commercial Acumen and the desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
