As a Head Waiter, you will be at the forefront of guest interaction, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming and engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
Delivering food promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Processing payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Anticipating and fulfilling guests' requests with precision and attentiveness.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
What you Need:
Ability to thrive under pressure, handling multiple tables with ease and grace.
A genuine passion for food and a keen eye for detail, ensuring every dish is served to perfection.
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating your ability to excel in a dynamic setting.
Dedication to providing outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guests' expectations.
