THE ROLE
* Bulk processing of invoices, expenses and other financial transactions
* VAT processing, including preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns
* Managing a small portfolio of clients
* Bank and control account reconciliations
* Wages and other month-end journals
* Responding promptly to client queries by telephone and email
* Filing and document management
ABOUT YOU
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience in a high-volume data processing environment
* Strong Excel skills and experience with accountancy software packages
* Organised and methodical approach
* High standard of written and spoken English
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Professional attitude with the ability to follow quality control procedures consistently
