Office Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes
Full-time – 37 hours per week
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation for an Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of business operations and supporting multiple departments.
The Role
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Acting as a central point of contact, you will provide administrative support across departments, coordinate processes, and help maintain efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across the business
* Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication
* Manage and prioritise workload to meet departmental deadlines
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders for updates and information
* Assist with order processing, updates, and tracking customer orderbooks
* Maintain records, process paperwork, and support data entry activities
* Coordinate meetings, manage room bookings, and provide front-of-house support
* Welcome visitors and manage site sign-in compliance
* Handle telephone and email enquiries, redirecting where appropriate
* Support facilities management, including supplier coordination and office provisions
* Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)
* Contribute to ISO quality management processes and compliance requirements
* Support audits, safety standards, and company policies
* Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required
About You
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
* High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative
* Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is desirable
