Healthcare Support Worker (NHS Scotland)
Join NHS Scotland as a Healthcare Support Worker to provide care and support within our Community Treatment and Care Team based in Angus. You will care for patients and support their carers in a clinic setting, working across various locations, contributing to the transformation of primary care services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support to individuals across all age groups, including children. Work independently while appropriately referring to registered professionals. Travel throughout the service area to deliver patient care as required. Comply with the NHS Code of Conduct and the Healthcare Support Worker Regulations.
Key Requirements
* Desire and experience to work in a community setting, organised, with excellent communication skills.
* Experience in a health or social care setting.
* Willingness to travel and work on your own initiative.
* Commitment to the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
