Overview
Park House - Registered Nurse Days
We now have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join Park House, where every day you can make a difference to someone’s life. At Springcare, we believe that good nurses share and work under the same set of six values: care, compassion, courage, communication, commitment, and competence.
Care is at the core of what our nurses do. The care they deliver helps to improve the health of our residents, building relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity. Having courage means making the right choices for those in their care and adapting to new challenges. Communication involves sharing information and listening to others. Commitment is to those we care for, and competence means understanding residents’ needs and delivering effective care using clinical and technical knowledge. Our nursing team provides care and also helps to make our residents’ lives fulfilled, treating them as if they were family while delivering the highest standards of care.
