Responsibilities
* Support individuals with mobility, medication prompts, and daily activities.
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times.
* Record and maintain accurate care notes and reports.
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
* Assist with household tasks and companionship where required.
Qualifications
* Face to Face Care Training (Required).
* MAPA training with Proof or Blue Card (Required).
* Epilepsy, Dysphagia and Autism Awareness Training (Required).
