Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:- Processing payments and completing daily bank reconciliations.- Matching Purchase orders to Purchase invoices.- Resolving any supplier queries/set-ups.- Assist in month and year end.- Posting purchase invoices.- Dealing with finance related requests from other team members and looking after the expenses system for all the internal teams.- Operation Support - Aiding with fulfilment.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:- Have a proven track record in a similar role (accounts payable or accounts assistant)- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator- Be proficient in MS Office- Have strong attention to detail- Be able to work alone or as part of a team
