Connected Health is currently seeking a full time Compliance Administrator to assist the Compliance team with the day to day running of the business.

Job Requirements

Adverse Incident Reviewing and sending Adverse Incident reports to the relevant Health & Social Care Trusts, working alongside Area Mangers to complete in a timely manner.

Recording Adverse Incidents on the relevant internal records.

Working closely with Quality Monitoring Officer to enrol staff members on FacetoFace Incident Management Retraining.

Enrolling and recording staff members on Incident Management Retraining using the online platform (LMS).

Ensuring internal investigations are completed accurately and recording within the correct Compliance File.

Completing weekly and monthly audits to ensure all compliance files are complete and up to date for upcoming inspections.

Liaising with Senior Lead Compliance Officer to ensure high standards of care are provided.

Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, internal platforms etc. to produce correspondence, documents, maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases.

Communicating and building a good rapport with external bodies i.e. RQIA, NISSC,APGT and Social Workers.

Assist the Senior Lead Compliance Officer with note taking for meetings and telephone conversations.

Assist the Area Managers in constructing Investigation Meeting Templates.

Ensure all Trust set timeframes are adhered to

Essential Skills

Previous care experience essential

Knowledge of domiciliary care desirable

Experience of working within a Compliance Team highly desirable

Willing to undergo Adult safeguarding training

IT skills essential

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.

Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Ability to multitask.

Ability to work to deadlines.

Works well under pressure.

Good time management skills.

Ability to use own initiative and to work independently.
