About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering an accurate and timely end-to-end payroll service for approximately 70 employees, covering both weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
Working closely with HR and Finance, you will ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining full compliance with HMRC regulations, NAECI requirements, and internal company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
2. Calculation of wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and allowances
3. Processing deductions (tax, NI, pensions, student loans, etc.)
4. Inputting and validating timesheets for hourly staff
5. Ensuring compliance with NAECI agreements and updates
6. Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP)
7. Submitting RTI (FPS/EPS...
