Are you ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment?We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly and collaborative HR team on a permanent part-time basis (28 hours per week).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a busy HR function, supporting a wide range of services including homes & communities, care, support, and central operations. You’ll play a key role in embedding our new People Strategy, driving positive cultural change, and influencing how we support and develop our people.

What You’llBe Doing
1. Leading and managing a large and varied ER caseload, providing expert advice and coaching to managers.
2. Supporting and guiding change management initiatives across the organisation.
3. Partnering with managers to deliver operational HR priorities aligned with our People Plan.
4. Collaborating closely with our dedicated Recruitment and L&D teams to ensure a seamless people experience.
What We’reLooking For
We’re seeking a confident and capable HR generalist who thrives in a demanding, fast-moving environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
You’llbring
5. Proven experience in employee relations, change management, and generalist HR operations.
6. A proactive and adaptable approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
7. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).
8. The ability to travel flexibly across our sites in South Wales
