Learning Support Partner (1:1 - Autism)Location: BA2, BathPay: £85-£100 per dayContract: Full-timeAgency: Five EducationAbout the RoleFive Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Partner to work 1:1 with a child with Autism in a welcoming school setting in Bath (BA2). This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.You will work closely with school staff to provide tailored support, promote positive behaviour, and encourage engagement in learning.Who This Role Is ForThis position would suit:Individuals from a support worker, care, youth work, or education backgroundCandidates with a calm, patient, and empathetic approachPeople who enjoy working consistently with the same child and building strong relationshipsPrior experience with Autism is ideal but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 support to a pupil with AutismSupport learning, emotional regulation, and social developmentAdapt activities to meet individual needsWork closely with teachers and SEN staffEncourage independence and positive classroom engagementPay & Benefits£85-£100 per day, depending on experienceFull-time, Monday to FridayOngoing support from your dedicated Five Education consultantAccess to free specialist trainingPAYE pay optionsHoliday pay and pension contributionsOpportunity to gain valuable experience in education and SEN supportAbout Five EducationFive Education is a specialist education recruitment agency, committed to matching passionate people with meaningful support roles in schools across the South West.Essential Criteria:- Able to work 5 days a week (term time only), Monday-Friday 8:30-15:30- Right to work in the UK - we CANNOT accept sponsorship or a skilled worker visa- Minimum two recent references, covering the last two years- Up-to-date DBS/police check, or be willing to obtain one**Please note, if you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, we will need to help you process a new one at a cost of £62.70.
