Key Responsibilities Performance Reporting & Analysis Support monthly and quarterly performance packs, KPI dashboards, and reporting for the UK Commercial business unit Analyse performance by business unit, channel, and category Provide insights on mix, margin, and promotional impact Deliver ad hoc analysis on trends and commercial performance Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Enable data-driven decision-making using market trends, customer behaviour, price elasticity, and competitive analysis Maintain customer and SKU profitability matrices Support external benchmarking and commercial analysis Contribute to pricing and trade promotion optimisation strategies Produce and share monthly and quarterly dashboards for senior stakeholders Trade Investment Management Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to define optimal pricing and promotional guidelines Ensure trade investment controls are followed and deviations are highlighted Operate closed-loop promotional evaluation processes and embed learnings Identify opportunities to optimise promotional efficiency and ROI Business Partnering Act as a finance partner to Sales and Marketing teams Provide clarity on actual vs forecast performance Identify opportunities to maximise commercial performance Support cross-functional projects including NPD, business planning, and customer strategy Planning & Forecasting Support Assist with short, mid, and long-term planning cycles (LE, Budget, and MTP) Support timeline management and delivery of planning milestones Ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholder requirements Communicate plans and insights clearly across the business Systems & Reporting (Trade Planning Platform) Support administration and data accuracy within the trade planning management system Produce regular reports including promotional calendars, weeks on deal, and promotional profitability Collaborate with IT and system partners on enhancements and reporting improvements Use system insights to identify trends and performance optimisation opportunities Critical Success Factors Studying towards a professional qualification (preferably CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) 2-5 years of relevant experience within a UK FMCG environment Strong financial accounting knowledge (P&L and balance sheet) Experience in forecasting and planning cycles Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) preferred Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics Proactive mindset with strong ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Core Behaviours Consumer and customer-first mindset Strong execution and collaboration Ownership and accountability Continuous improvement and innovation High ethical standards and professional integrity About the Organisation We are a global, multi-category FMCG business with a diverse portfolio across food and beverage categories, focused on innovation, health, convenience, and premium offerings.
