We are looking for a confident and experienced Supervisor with a passion for customer service excellence and strong leadership skills to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will lead by example-ensuring outstanding service delivery to demonstrate Vigilant's customer-first culture. You'll be the face of our service, consistently delivering exceptional experiences to clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. You will motivate your team by maintaining high standards across all aspects of facilities operations.
This is an on-site role providing office support at our client's site in Glasgow city centre. This role offers the opportunity to travel to support your team based at other sites, including Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a team to deliver high-quality facilities and customer services.
* Conduct training, performance reviews, team meetings, and support recruitment and onboarding.
* Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.
* Perform quality checks and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Travel to other sites to provide support and cover as needed.
* Champion customer excellence in all communications and interactions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
* Promote a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
* Collaborate with the clients representatives on-site to enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For
* Proven supervisory experience, including performance management and team development.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
* Professional, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Experience in reception, administration, or facilities management is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with digital communication tools.
* Committed to confidentiality, safety, and company standards.
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (35 hours/week)
* Flexibility required for occasional early starts or late finishes.
