The Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role across our diverse dining experiences, including breakfast service, elegant afternoon tea, and our main restaurant The Ramsay. You will support the management team in delivering impeccable service standards, leading shifts with confidence, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects warmth, precision, and excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising daily Food & Beverage operations
* Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
* Maintaining luxury service standards and attention to detail
* Supporting training and development of team members
* Driving guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
About You
