Job Title – Quality and Compliance Lead
Location – Poole, Dorset (Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Lead who will be responsible for the effective running and improvement of the Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and data management systems.
The successful candidate will utilise their professional experience of ‘total’ quality management, product and services compliance and risk management to ensure customers’ compliance expectations are met or exceeded.
This will ensure products and services are delivered in line with quality processes and accreditations. To drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement and safety first at all levels within the business.
Key Duties
Quality, Standard and Systems
• Ensuring compliance and certification with ISO9001, ISO27001, SOC1, SOC2 and other relevant codes and standards.
• Ensure delivery of a quality product and service that ensures customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints and complete resolution thru 8D process.
• Ensure that compliance in all areas of the business is adhered to and the value of this is demonstrated to all staff.
• Champion continuous improvement methodologies that will deliver service, quality, HSE objectives and cost improvements.
• Provide methods and processes to achieve product conformance to internal/external quality standards and management of external test requirements and certifications.
• Research and review customer feedback to inform on quality processes and decisions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System for the business.
• Ensure that standards and processes are communicated effectively.
• Audit internal and external parties ensuring any non-conformances are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of Regulatory standards applicable to products, e.g. UKCA, CE, RED, CRA, AI, PSTI22
HSE
• Review and maintain the compliance schedule and report metrics on performance and non-compliance.
• Work with local management to ensure timely closure of corrective actions arising from workplace inspection or audits.
• Deliver a safe and clean working environment in line with legal requirements and defined standards.
• Create and promote a Health, Safety and Quality first working culture.
• Promote a positive environmental culture.
• Undertake and manage risk assessment process – ensuring that adequate resources are secured where necessary to ensure risk minimisation.
• Implement strategies to comply with recognised standards.
Data Compliance
• Assist DPO tasks and audits as defined by GDPR legislation.
• Update data documentation as required e.g. Policies, DPIA & ROPA.
• Access and review data protection guidance material.
• Complete Data protection projects as defined by the DPO
• Contribute to regular risk management reviews of data protection requirements
