Basic salary: £55,000 OTE: £70,000 (plus fantastic company benefits) Package based on experience About the role: As our Aftersales Manager, you’ll oversee a talented team of Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, ensuring they deliver the highest standards of customer care and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: Managing costs in line with business plans whilst maintaining quality and service standards Ensuring accurate customer data collection and compliance with Group and Manufacturer standards Maintaining a safe working environment Monitoring performance and coaching colleagues to achieve success Driving processes that maximise customer satisfaction above manufacturer benchmarks What we’re looking for: Proven success in a similar Aftersales leadership role, ideally within a franchised motor retailer Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to deliver results through performance improvement, profitability and efficiency Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations Why join us?
