Our client are looking to recruit Bilingual German/English Speaking Customer Service Agents for their exciting new campaign. This is an ongoing temporary role, working from home, full time.
Daily Duties
* Managing the relationship and briefing requirements
* Answering email and calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Working with colleagues to run successful campaigns
* To manipulate data and present data results to the clients in the required format
* To liaise with customers as part of the project co-ordination processes
* Ability to use own initiative and apply common sense to all work situations
