Pay Rate: £16.90 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8-4 ALL ONSITEKey Responsibilities:
As a Team Admin Assistant, you will be accountable to the Team Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the team. Your daily tasks will include:
Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and organising meetings
Handling correspondence and responding to inquiries with a cheerful demeanour
Maintaining records and filing systems to ensure efficient access to information
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Coordinating team events and activities to foster a positive team atmosphere
Performing other administrative duties as assigned to keep the team on trackWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
