Accounts Executive: Immediate start. Responsibilities: • Act as an in-house book keeper in Sage Cloud accounting software • Capable of doing self-corespondence. • Liaise with the clients accounts team. • Carry out credit control. • Assist to prepare VAT for the external accountant.. Assist payroll. Carry out bank reconciliation. Working experience in accounts admin works would be an advantage Person Specification: • Accounts assisting experience and book keeping experience • Experience in Sage Cloud/ Sage Line50.. Credit control experience. Experience in Bank reconciliation • Good working knowledge of day to day office accounts. • Pleasant telephone manner. • Good IT skills • Good communication skill. • Flexible approach. • Ability to work under pressure. • Able to deal with clients in a pleasant manner. Working hours are 8.30 -5.30 Monday to Friday. Salary package will vary on the basis of qualifications and experience.
